Disbelief

The below answer was given by a serious applicant, someone with a Doctorate, to a question that asked for some examples of how the applicant might use the environments of Washington DC, an Atlantic island, a motor yacht and a mountainous inland region to enhance the teaching opportunities.

I beleive the entire educational experience should never be limited to a classroom. We live in a digital age which means that use of technology enalbes learning to happen everywhere (reliant on internet hook up).

Obviously this application ends here!  It’s so sad, though, that there are teachers who, when on a motor yacht near an island in the Atlantic, or in the mountains, would be looking for an Internet connection rather than being outdoors doing something amazing with the physical resources at hand.
